Play Tic-Tac-Toe in 3D against your iPhone or iPod. Explore the 76 different winning combinations within a 64-cell cube that offers you 28 diagonal possibilities.
4x4x4 has 5 different levels of difficulty based on previous play. By using a minimax algorithm, your iPod or iPhone is continually building a list of potential winning combinations for you and your electronic opponent. With the help of "alpha-beta pruning", your device will always pare down the maximum number of possible options to those that are most likely to succeed. 4x4x4 responds almost instantly to your move, though it may take several seconds at the two highest levels of difficulty.
The attractive 2D interface displays all your moves as well as those of your electronic opponent. The winning move appears in red, as does the winning Tic-Tac–Toe combination. At any point in the game, you can opt to change the level of difficulty.
